At CRIMSON NEXUS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Since we work with global suppliers to bring you the best prices, please read our return process carefully.

30-Day Return Window

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it (unworn or unused).

  • With all original tags and in its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

IMPORTANT: Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or the address listed on the shipping package. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with the correct Return Warehouse Address and a return shipping label (if applicable). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at information@crimson-nexus.ltd.

  • Dropshipping Note: Please include clear photos or a video of the defect to help us resolve the issue with our supplier quickly.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants).

  • Custom products (special orders or personalized items).

  • Personal care goods (beauty products).

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

  • Sale items and gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. The item must still meet the eligibility criteria (original condition, tags, and packaging).

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at information@crimson-nexus.ltd.
